NIMBLEWEAR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All Nimblewear USA orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with Nimblewear USA you are agreeing to the following:

PRICING:
◆ Pricing is based off 2+ items per item code number

◆ Orders of only 1 will carry an item upcharge of 40%

◆ FREE SHIPPING on orders over 10 pcs in 129 countries.

◆ All prices are in USD. For shipments outside the US, customer is responsible for all additional taxes, duties and charges.

◆ Add-on options apply to all items ordered for each style per order. (Etc. Zipper pocket, Reflective Pockets, etc)

◆ Nimblewear is a global organization with offices all over the world. The pricelist and programs offered in other areas do not constitute acceptance in every market. The customer will be responsible for the published price list not based on a website or internet content.

◆ 2 Week Rush service is available for an additional charge of 60%. 3 Week Rush service is available for an additional charge of 30%. 

ORDER PROCESS:

◆ A Deposit is required to begin the custom process.
• A deposit amount of $215 is required to start the process and to secure a fit kit. The $200 is applied 100% towards your order the other $15.00 covers the shipping charges of the fit kit to you.

• In the event you receive a fit kit you are responsible for the shipping charges back to the Nimblewear USA
published address @ 3660 S Houston Levee; Suite 101, Collierville, TN 38017.

• Failure to return the kit within 2 weeks then you can be charged the value of the kits that you have. Additionally any item that does not come back in the same condition as it was received is subject to be charged for the published price of that item.

• A deposit of $200 is required if you are just starting the design process and do not need a fit kit. The $200 is applied 100% towards your order.

◆ The Customer is responsible for entering the correct products, quantities and sizes on the Nimblewear USA online ordering system. You will receive a production confirmation sent detailing your complete order details.

◆ The Team Store is free to set up as long at the complete order totals $1,500. If the order total is less than $1,500 then a $200 charge is required

◆ Once the order has been submitted & artwork has been approved (via email) no design or order changes will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS

◆ The Total $ amount of the order is due at the completion of the design stage and in order to begin production process. The Order may be paid with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or certified check / money order payable to Nimblewear Custom Technical Apparel.

◆ All Order include free shipping for order of 10+ items. Shipping Charges are the responsible of the customer for order less than 10 items.

◆ You are responsible for all colors, specific color codes (PMS, CMYK) logo acceptance, logo usage, etc. We recommend a second set of eyes to evaluate your proofs to ensure accuracy on your design. Computer Screens are all different and colors can vary between them; be specific as to which shade you want printed.

◆ The Customer is responsible for approval of spelling and/or grammar on all artwork.

◆ The Nimblewear logo will appear on the front and back of all custom garments.

◆ The Customer is responsible for receiving permission for use of all logos and/or copyrighted material incorporated into the design.

◆ Nimblewear USA reserves the right to use reproductions of customers’ clothing in Nimblewear USA advertising

◆ The Customer should contact the Nimblewear USA offices for estimated delivery time after order is finalized.

◆ All Sales are Final. 

FREE SHIPPING on orders over 10 pcs in 129 countries & regions, except orders sent to remote areas in DHL, UPS, TNT or FEDEX’s dispatching system. For shipments outside the US, customer is responsible for all additional taxes, duties and charges. Tracking number will be provided upon shipping. For orders of less than 10 pieces, a 24 USD handling & shipping fee per order will be charged.
